SIR: I have the honor to transmit the annual report in relation to the Navy Pension Fund, prepared in compliance with the 10th section of the act of 23d April, 1800, for the better government of the Navy of the United States," and consisting of the following documents, marked A. List of Invalid Widow and Orphan Pensioners in each State, and the amount allowed to each.

B. Abstract of warrants drawn by the Secretary of the Navy from the 1st January to 31st December, 1826.

C. Statement of Bank Stocks belonging to the fund.

D. Account of the Treasurer of the United States, as Agent of the Commissioners.

E. Statement of the funded debt of the United States belonging to

the fund.
