16 Months for the Price of 12

Current History Magazine

From January, 1922, to April,

1923, Inclusive, for Four Dollars

CURRENT HISTORY MAGAZINE, the monthly periodical of
The New York Times, occupies a unique position in the magazine
field. It is a compendium of present-day history. It relates the
chief events occurring within the 30 days preceding publication, in
all the countries of the world, presenting the facts without bias, or
editorial comments. In procuring facts it has at its command the
extraordinary news gathering facilities of The New York Times in
all parts of the world.

The news of the world which appears each day in the newspapers
is necessarily fragmentary. The province of CURRENT HISTORY
MAGAZINE is to authenticate what appears in the daily press
from fundamental sources and to present consecutive and accurate
accounts of these great events transpiring in any part of the globe.
This narration of facts is supplemented by special contributions on
present-day events written by eminent and informed authorities in
the different countries.

Each issue is a cyclopedia of the world of today.

Substantial improvements have been made in the physical appear-
ance of the publication: these will be continued so as to reach typo-
graphically the highest American standards.

The magazine will be profusely illustrated.
