further defeatist proposals that Americans should withhold their support from the U.N. until the Soviets decide it is in their interest to support it, no further strategies based on the false notion that Americans are not at least as bright, at least as tough, and at least as fast on their feet as the other peoples who practice politics in the same world with us.
