Emmanuel Ike Udogu is Professor of International, Comparative, and African Politics at Appalachian State University, Boone, North Carolina. He has published over 50 works and is currently working on African American Politics in Rural America: Case Studies from Florence County, South Carolina and Africa in the New Millennium.
